Netcentric Onboarding Guide is my final project from my apprenticeship as a Mediamatikerin. The goal was to create a printed guide that helps new employees navigate the large amount of onboarding information in a clear and approachable way. A key part of the project was inclusive design. I developed a diverse set of characters representing different ages, genders, cultural backgrounds and abilities, which became the visual thread throughout the guide. The entire design, from the illustrations and composition to the colour and layout, was developed around this idea while staying within Netcentric’s CI/CD.
